java.lang.reflect.UndeclaredThrowableException

      When the description of a bug is too long, the bug cannot be submitted, as it shows a java.lang.reflect.UndeclaredThrowableException.

      This problem is critical, because our customers are complaining they cannot enter detailed description of the bugs.

            Mathieu,

            Which database are you using? If Oracle, it is likely to be because of Oracle's 4000 char limit on VARCHAR fields, for which there is not much we can do (except report errors better; see JRA-2152).

            Otherwise, please have a look in the log files and either mail them to us (jira-support@atlassian.com) or cut & paste the full stacktrace to this report.
