Symptoms: mail-handler-created issues or comments result in avatars, comment icons, etc. being attached to issues for each outlook email handled.

Cause: Some of the fixes to ~~JRA-25705~~ were accidentally left out of the release of the latest mail handling plugin

Fix: Upgrade to 6.2.1, which contains an updated mail handler
