Sometimes unable to add web link to Jira issue with complex intranet URL

      When attempting to embed a intranet web link in a jira issue, using the format :
      http://server.subdomain1.subdomain2.example.net/mywebapp

      gives the error:

      Invalid 'URL'. Make sure you include the full URL (e.g. http://www.google.com).
