Basically when upgrading from JIRA 6.1.x to JIRA 6.2, the dashboard issue link seems to broken and there is this 404 Error occur in the browser page itself.

In certain case, this is how it reproduce:
1. opened jira.atlassian.com in Chrome ( Version ; v6.2#6253-sha1:1d7dc57)
2. clicked log in
3. entered id.atlassian.com credentials
4. ended up on the dashboard page
5. Went to My Jira Home and changed it to Issue Navigator
6. Click on the JIRA logo.
7. 404 error occur during redirection at https://jira.atlassian.com/issues/?redirectedFromClassic=

What we know

• This issues happened randomly to certain users.
• For users that having this problem, the problem is consistent regardless of where he login to.
• Its might not related to browser. Tested with the same user in different browser, network and machine with the same outcome.
