Steps to reproduce:
- Open a saved filter:
- Edit the filter query and don't hit to search issues:
- Click on "Save As" to save the query as a new filter:
- Check the outcome. The new filter query is the same as the old one, it wasn't updated.
Even not hitting "search" the expected result would be to have the filter query updated.
