Edit Screen not updated when Issue Type changed

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Custom Field
2. Assigned it to all screens and only Improvement Issue Type .
3. Create a Test Project.
4. Create a Bug Ticket inside the Test Project.
5. After it is created edit the ticket.
6. Change the Issue Type but don't save it yet.

Expected Result:
The screen will be updated and the custom field will appear.

Actual Result:
The screen is not updated and the custom field is not appearing.

Note:

• The problem might that it still detect as Bug Issue Type when it edited
• For create issue screen, when it change the Issue Type it will have a loading icon and the screen updated
• If after changing the Issue Type and save it, then edit it again the custom field will appears.
