    Description

      Using this approach to bring up a Create Issue form:
      https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Creating+Issues+via+direct+HTML+links

      When you create a new issue with an attachment, the next time you use the direct link to create a new issue, the Attachment checkbox is checked and the name of the previous attachment file is there.

      These form fields should be cleared each time a new issue is created.
