Change Password process gives no confirmation message

      Usability problem.

      ADMINISTRATION -> Users & Groups -> User Browser ->
      Click on any user name -> Set Password -> enter the same string in the Password and Confirm fields -> click Submit

      NOTE that JIRA offers no confirmation message, leaving the user to
      guess if the process worked. This is non-friendly.
