Editing services loses most properties

      In the 'Services' section, the DVCS service normally looks like this:

      The default delay is 1 hour, which seems a long time to wait for commits to show up, so I tried editing it. Only the delay property appears:

      and afterwards, all the other properties (pluginJobName, repeatInterval, initiallyFired) have been lost, totally breaking the service:

      The same problem applies to all editable services, not just DVCS, which is why I suggest it might be a JIRA (service API) bug rather than a DVCS bug.
