Come on, it's 2022....this issue should have been fixed ages ago. I can create filters using the REST API's...just need dashboards to work as well to level up the usage of Jira.

Creating dashboards is tedious and time-consuming. Would love the ability to automate this. 

Similar situation here, 20 components * 40 projects = 80 dashboards per release.

This is one of the most important feature especially for the organizations using JIRA as a tool for projects. I am working on a release management side and have to end up creating 150+ dashbaords every time and almost 10 different queries on each of these dashboards. Which is like.. almost 1500 queries within the start of a month... Then aligning the dashboards and naming them and all that is required. This takes lots and lots of effort. Thus, please help review this requirement and try to come up with some feature like we had seen in some oracle DB's - creating an upload form (in excel) and then update the minimum details and upload the same in system and it will give us what we need. This kind of feature for both Dashboard & Queries will be actually very very useful.

Please consider this requirement with higher priority and share some API with all versions of JIRA.
