Cannot find exact phrase when searching text field.

      Used the following syntax based on the instructions in the user guide.

      description ~ "\"Not in FSD\""

      (Example from documentation: summary ~ "\"full screen\"")

      We want to find all issues that have the phrase "Not in FSD" in the description.

      The results that we get find all issues that have any of the three words defined above in it.
