Harvest Plugin via Jira on demand is throwing error: Unable to load plugin

      We have Jira On Demand and are using Harvest via the plugin to track time, When hitting "Track Time", we get the following message:

      Unable to load plugin content. Please try again later.
      error: Internal Server Error

      We've been experiencing this problem since Sunday, 1/5/2014. Harvest support indicates that it's a problem on the Jira end, could you please advise? Thank you.
