Double billing the customer using Jira Projects

      We use Jira OnDemand, and we have identified a bug, causing us to notify our consumers of our Project reports to temporarily ignore the double billing issue.

      I need a fix for this, or advise of the best process to accomplish how we use Epics, Sub Tasks and Bugs
