How to reproduce:

• Add double backslash at the beginning of line in Description field.
• In the same line add another double backslash or add more backslashes
• Try to edit (inline edit or standasd asd asd ard method), do not change anything, press Submit "V" button.

  Result:
  Some backlash characters are deletes so content is changed

Expected result:
Content should not be changed if there is no changes.
