Wildcards in Search don't work with special characters

      When doing a full text search the wildcard operators * and ? don't work for strings containing non us characters (öäüÖÄÜß).

      E.g.: A search for "Händler" gives 10 results. A Search for "Händler*" or "H?ndler" gives 0 results.
