When issues are clicked inside of Filter Results gadget, it should include the filter in the URL

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be good to have the URL of the filter on issues clicked using this gadget. This can be accomplished by clicking on the number at the bottom of the filter, but then you have to find the issue on the next screen, and clicking on the number isn't intuitive to most users.

      It would ideal if instead of:
      https://menlolog.atlassian.net/browse/ISSUE-3316
      .... it has:
      https://menlolog.atlassian.net/browse/ISSUE-3316?filter=13632

      Otherwise, if a user clicks on the issue and wants to see other issues in the filter, they have to click Back and wait for the dashboard to load again. This wastes a lot of time, especially in IE since dashboards load so slow there.

      This seems like a very simple fix to include the filter name in the URL. Please see if this can be fixed.
