    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      JIRA picks up any logos or images included in a users email (even if it's for a header or signature, etc.) are attached to JIRA ticket. Users would like the ability to disable incoming attachments at the handler level to cut the clutter from JIRA issues.
