The document says that in the screen configuration, it shall be possible to "Hover over the dotted part of the field (next to the field name) and drag the field to the desired position". That doesn't work. When I start dragging the field it disappears and the field below is moved a significant amount downwards. Trying to continue the dragging yields no result.
