Serge K. recommended i submit this request. I have built project tracking systems that follow one of my core principles of building hierarchical lists of features (or issues). Jira currently allows me to create a new issue type (like "Feature Set" – which is good). Jira allows me to (albeit laboriously) assign (link) a new issue to the Feature Set. However, I cannot easily see my Features (issues) listed underneath the Feature Set. Or, if an Issue is linked to other issues, the same need exists: let me view an issue and any sub-issue. I realize you can see these relationships in "full mode" – but I want to see them in a nested, tabular report format. I would not even care if you just did a simple table with repeated data (i.e., the Feature Set column shows repeated data for each sub-feature). I can explain further, if needed. I have other requests i could submit as well, if you are interested.
