"Ʃ Progress" column in Issue Navigator disappears if you re-order any columns

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Open the Issue Navigator in List view.
      2. Add the "∑ Progress" column.
      3. Drag the newly-added column to somewhere other than the very right-most position. It disappears.
      4. Re-add the ∑ Progress column, try dragging any other column anywhere else, and the ∑ Progress column still disappears.

      Can reproduce in standalone 6.1.0 and OnDemand 6.2-OD-1.
