Moving Fields while configuring Screens does not work

      It is not possible to move any field while configuring any screen like described on https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA061/Defining+a+Screen#DefiningaScreen-Configuringascreen'stabsandfields

      In this example I tried to move the field "Autor" (see Configure Screen 1.png).
      The result in Chrome was Configure Screen Chrome.png.
      The result in Firefox was Configure Screen Firefox.png.

      This has been tested and was reproducible on two machines with Firefox 25.0, Firefox 23.0.1 and Chrome 30.0.1599.101 m.
