Comma in workflow name breaks Export as XML on Chrome

      0. Use Chrome
      1. Create a workflow with a name such as "Bugs, Tasks workflow"
      2. Try to Export as XML. A blank page with "Duplicate headers received from server" appears
      3. Copy the workflow to a new name "Bugs and Tasks workflow" with no comma
      4. Export as XML and the exported workflow is saved as expected
