JIRA Date & People Field Position on Screen

      This feature request is regarding the position of Custom Fields with the type multi-user picker or date picker.

      The current behavior puts any field with multi-user picker as a type into the "People" section regardless of which tab that custom field is put on when setting up the Screen. The current behavior does the same with any date picker field as well; placing date fields in the "Date" section rather than the tab that was specified on the Screen.

      We would like to be able to override this behavior easily, so that Date and People custom fields can be moved from this section to a tab.
