"Issue Comment Deleted" system event missing on a clean install of jira 5.2.11

I discovered this missing system event when an import failed because of the missing event.

I even started a complete new jira instance with an empty database and still found that this event is missing from the list of event lists.

I can confirm that the system event, Issue Comment Deleted, exists on 6.1.1
