browser creates multiple request to ifr (for same resources)

When rendering page - for example https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa - Chrome browser (reproducable also in FF) makes some requests to ifr resources, then it cancels it and makes them again. Example in attached screenshot (request marked in red are cancelled, and then repeated)

This behavior causes delay in rendering and also generates load on server side causing performance problems

This happens on my internal jira, but can be also reproduced in public https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa instance (user not logged in).

It looks like every "filter results" causes one cancelled and one successful request.
