Option to retain fields when "Create another ticket" is checked

      As of JRA-27544 the description field is cleared when using the "Create another ticket" option.

      Going through the comments within JRA-27544. There are a number of stats indicating that the description field is modified with each ticket creation. Though this is true, the modifications may not be to change the entire description, but just a small portion of it. With that, it'd be beneficial to actually retain the existing description for the slight adjustments in each ticket.

      Expanding on that, it would make sense if a customer is able to select specific fields to retain on their system. This would allow for more flexibility in the product.
