CVS integaration does not work with cvsnt

      CVSNT 2.34

      We use cvsnt. It seems JIRA - CVS integration does not work with it.

      cvs repository setup has been completed correctly.
      But no one from 20 commits was associated with issue.

      in catalina.log on server are some records

      Server is not supporting gzip-file-contents request
