Steps to reproduce:
1. Set up crowd with a directory which has mixed case groups
2. Configure JIRA application to use Crowd for auth
3. Check groups in JIRA to find them in the mixed case
4. Log into Crowd and enable the "Lower Case Output" option for the JIRA application then resync the user directory in JIRA
5. Check groups in JIRA to find them in the mixed case.
5.1 Expected: group names should be automatically updated to be in lower case
6. Remove the user directory in JIRA and verify the groups are gone within JIRA
7. Add the Crowd directory back
8. Check groups in JIRA to find them in lower case
9. Go into Crowd and disable the Lower Case Output option.
10. Sync JIRA directory and check groups names in JIRA, they are in lower case.
10.1 Expected: group names should be automatically updated to be in mixed case
Tested on Crowd 2.6.5 with JIRA 6.1
