Cant scroll in Apple iOS7 (Safari / Chrome) and Jira 6.1

    Description

      When viewing either the issue view or admin screens on iOS7 (7.0.2) on an iPad (3rd generation) the screen cannot be scrolled using Safari or Chrome for iOS (Jira 6.1 on EAC/J). Dashboards seem to work ok though. Obviously the create issue light-box is scrollable.
