mail.mime.decodeparameters=true must be corrected on each upgrade

      Why is it that the mail.mime.decodeparameters=true must be corrected on each upgrade? The jira log complains about the parameter not being set but it is. It is just on the same line as an other parameter.

      Upgrade from 6.0.5 to 6.0.8 for example.
