Lotus Notes link files are text files. When they're downloaded from the server, they should have their mime type set to "application/vnd.lotus-notes" instead of "text/plain".

Configuring the web.xml files doesn't help as Jira appears set the mime type itself for the attachments.

A global way of setting overriding mimetypes based on file extension would be enough to solve our needs.
