The I18n remotable plugin interferes with JIRA 6.1 startup

      On a clean install of JIRA 6.1 standalone, there is a rogue installation of the Rempotable Plugins I18n plugin and an error is logged that JIRA cannot load this plugin.

            Please let me know what we can do to help. Code needs to be written in JIRA so not sure how much help we can actually be, but happy to advise and test.

            Confluence implemented an upgrade task to fix this. Since Atlassian Connect is no longer bundled in JIRA BTF releases we can't actually fix this in our code.
