The GROUP NAME is used as foreign in the following tables : CHANGEITEM, FILTERSUBSCRIPTION, JIRAPERMS, MEMBERSHIPBASE, SEARCHREQUEST.
Due to this, it's difficult to rename a group and there can be data integrity problems since there's no cnstraint defined on the group name column.
The GROUP ID column should be the only foreign key used to refer to the GROUPBASE table.
