Clicking on "Try for Free" to start "Agile" trial does nothing

    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      Actions:
      Projects -> Create Project -> Agile Scrum -> Try for Free

      Result:
      nothing happens, dialog remains

      The same happened when I started the process through one of the Getting Started guides.

      A was able to add the add-on through the manage add-ons screen (after I had almost given up...).
