Currently if you comment on an issue, then you also need to remember to go and watch that same issue.

Similar to the ability to assign at any stage, we should have the option to watch an issue after any action.

This would be a checkbox under the 'comment' box that asks if you want to watch the issue.

The user could specify a default preference for that checkbox.
