JIRA seems doesn't render the image file and show the thumbnail when you attach in Attach Files dialog. The thumbnail was previewed correctly in Chrome.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open up a JIRA 6.0.x instance with Internet Explorer 9 or 10
2. Go to an issue
3. More actions > Attach Files
4. In the Attach Files dialog, select an image of JPEG or PNG format and attach the image file
