A Message Custom Field containing a HTML table breaks the bulk edit form

      A custom field of type Message Custom Field (from the JIRA Toolkit plugin) can contain arbitrary HTML as its default value.

      If the field value contains an HTML table, then the bulk edit form is broken when bulk-editing issues that include that field.

      The bulk-edit screen lays out fields for edit in a table, but closes the table when it comes to the offending custom filed. Subsequent fields are poorly formatted without an enclosing table.

      This was OK in version 4, but we noticed it after upgrade to 6.0.
