Hi,
I am using AD account for email notification authentication, but the account always locked out, and the email notification will be failed, Please help check if it is a configuration issue or bug?
For outgoing mail configuration:
SMTP Host
Protocol: SMTP
Host Name : My exchange server
Port : 25
Note: No username and password used.
For incoming mail configuration:
Protocol : POP
Host Name: My exchange server
Port: 110
username: <user@domain>
password: AD password
I can login the OWA mailbox by this AD account. and i am sure the password is correct.
