We have our jira installation at the following URL within the JPMorganChase intranet:
http://jira.uk.jpmorgan.com/fort/irfe
... with the base URL for the installation set accordingly.
When I attempt to do a bulk delete of issues, and get as far as the final screen indicating a confirmation, clicking the button attempts to route to...
http://jira.uk.jpmorgan.com/secure/BulkDeletePerform.jspa
... rather than...
http://jira.uk.jpmorgan.com/fort/irfe/secure/BulkDeletePerform.jspa
... and I get a "Page not found" error in the browser.
I notice from viewing the page source that all other links on the page contain relative URLs of the form, for example,
src="/fort/irfe/images/icons/bullet_done.gif"
.. whereas the button for the confirmation has the action
action="/secure/BulkDeletePerform.jspa"
... missing off the /fort/irfe
As a workaround, I found that entering
http://jira.uk.jpmorgan.com/fort/irfe/secure/BulkDeletePerform.jspa
... directly into the browser address bar at this stage had the desired affect.
