When working with a customer logset, we found that we could not paste a portion of the logs into a comment without JIRA failing to create the comment.
I am providing a sample bit of text to reproduce this. This text has a null character in it which is the root cause of this. Depending on what text editor you open the file with, the issue may or may not reproduce. Sublime Text 2 seems to cut the copy operation off at the null character, so this does not happen. Textmate reproduces it 100% of the time.
Script console:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token < batch.js:5 e.extend.parseJSON batch.js:5 $.ajax.error batch.js:1056 o batch.js:5 p.fireWith batch.js:5 w batch.js:7 d batch.js:7
Reproduced this in AOD and SAC
