Lucene package warning in package scanner

      With the recent Lucene changes we have two lucene jars - we need to tell the scanner to ignore them. in DefaultPackageScanner.

      org.apache.lucene.analysis.miscellaneous' with different versions. Files: lucene-analyzers-3.3.0.jar and lucene-extras-3.3.0-atlassian-1.jar
