    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

iPad's are becoming ubiquitous these days. We should support them, but only for non-admin functions in JIRA.

This case has been open for 3 1/2 years, and nothing has been done about dropdown list functionality on the iPad (with Safari or even Chrome)?  What's taking so long?  This is a need!  The app is extremely limited, and is optimized only for the iPhone, so it it difficult to use on the iPad.  Why is there extremely limited support for Apple products?  It seems like it is taking an enormous amount of time to program the JIRA Cloud app, so why not fix the bugs with the iPad web browsers while we're all waiting for the JIRA Cloud app to be fully functional (e.g., enable all custom fields in issue entry screens)?

We are in 2016 and everything is moving towards mobile devices - Jira definitely has to go along! And it has to do so soon in order to stay relevant!

            +1

The activity stream doesn't load on my iPhone or iPad in safari or chrome, would love to have these fixed.

Failure to support the iPad will categorically remove JIRA from consideration for future use as far as I'm concerned. Tablets are ubiquitous, and the vast majority of tablets are iPads. This is literally a deal-breaker.

With the vast number of companies moving to a mobile platform it is imperative that Jira support these devices. I have an iPad and use it to manage all work as I move from meeting to meeting and working with employees to get projects complete.

Please, include mobile platforms in the suite of supported Jira devices.

            Thanks!

It's pretty basic functionality these days...

Would love to get just scrolling and pinch-zoom working on the iPad JIRA site again Thanks!

I echo everyone's needs. I am an OnDemand user. I do have a good user experience on jira.atlassian.com but my ondemand instance is unworkable on iOS (iPad and iPhone).

Tablets are truly ubiquitous. We need this functionality to be successful with our mobile workforces.

Another stopgap option in the mean-time would be to beef up the mobile app to allow for the basic Jira functions like create issue, edit issue, perform workflow actions, vote, watch, etc.

            Thank you!
