ProjectRole Migration from 5.1.3 to 6.1-m03

    Description

      I try to migrate my JIRA 5.1.3 to version 6.1-m03.

      The value of projectRoleActor was not convert to lowercase during migration.

      This problem generate following kind of errors :

      2013-07-23 14:44:57,780 Sending mailitem com.atlassian.jira.mail.SubscriptionMailQueueItem owner: 'ut02n0(ut02n0)' WARN ut02n0    Mail Queue Service [jira.security.roles.OfBizProjectRoleAndActorStore] Unable to create a project role actor. User 'UT1RLB' does not exist.
