    Description

It seems that hours and minutes are ignored by jira.lf.date.relativize = false while the day, such as 'Yesterday' string seems to be working correctly in Created and Updated dates.

I had create an issue yesterday as a test, and the Created date is showing 11/Jul/13 11:57 PM instead of Yesterday 11:57 PM. Creating a new issue will show "Seconds ago" and then "Minutes ago" instead of 12/Jul/13 5:57 PM in the Issue view page.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Configure JIRA 6.0.4
      2. Configure jira.lf.date.relativize = false in jira-config.properties or jpm.xml
      3. Start JIRA 6.0.4
      4. Create new issue and it will show "seconds ago" on Created and Updated dates

      Expected behaviour

It should directly show date and time for Created dates after the issue creation

      Tested environment

      • This issue occurs in JIRA 6.0 and JIRA 6.0.4
      • It is showing the expected behaviour in JIRA 5.2.11
