No dirty form warning for quick create when refreshing page

      Steps to reproduce:
      Open create issue dialog using keyboard shortcut "c"
      Type in summary and maybe description
      Refresh page
      Expected: Dirty form warning dialog
      Actual: Page is refreshed, losing my data
