Empty data after click 'Download' from Directory Configuration Summary

      After click on the download button and export the file out, it shown no data inside the atlassian-directory-configuration.txt file.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to Users -> Users Directories.
      2. Click 'Directory Configuration Summary' link.
      3. Click Download button.
