JIRA pages not saved in history IE9 if https used

      This bugs appears only when JIRA works from https. If http used, pages saves in History(ctrl + H)

      Affected versions not only 6*, but 4.* and 5.* too.
      It's not only JIRA problem, e.g. all sites which uses https and resonse headers " Cache-Control: no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate " not saves in IE9 history too.
