Excel exports is missing the space line(s) between paragraphs in the Description

The space line(s) between paragraphs in the the issue description is missing in the Excel export.

How to reproduce?
1. Create an issue with a description in paragraphs (separated by empty lines)
2. Go to the issue navigator
3. Define your search criterias and make sure the created issue in 1) will be there
4. Do Excel Export
5. Consider the Description display
