Ability to deactivate Project Lead (in case user retires, leaves the company, old project)

      Is it possible to have the feature of deactivating Project Lead for the following reasons:

      • The user retires
      • The user leaves the company
      • The user is the Project Lead for an old / obsolete project

      As of now, users will bump into the following error when trying to achieve this:

      It makes no sense to assign a new Project Lead for a project that is no longer active. It might be a waste of effort and time. Also, it doesn't make sense to a certain extend too.
