Gadget colours don't update after Look and Feel changes are made

      Found while QA'ing JRA-21043.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Change the link colour to bright green
      2. Visit the Dashboard

      expected: links inside gadgets should be green
      actual: links are still blue

      If you add a new gadget it gets the correctly coloured link. This indicates that the markup for gadgets is cached and isn't being destroyed when the L&F changes are made.
